We supply thousands of personalised garments to clubs, schools, universities, stag and hen parties & businesses with bespoke logos ranging from hoodies and polo shirts to towels and caps. Individual names & numbers can be included on garments for teams and groups. Names can be incorporated into outline numbers for the backs of leavers garments. EmbroideryEmbroidery is the process by which a design is sewn onto a garment using a computerised embroidery machine. The process gives a highly professional and very long lasting appearance and is suitable for most text or logo graphics. We have three Tajima top of the range embroidery machines which enable us to embroider up to 15 different colours per logo. Once the design is originated, it can be used time after time. PrintingFor larger logos with 1-3 colours, heat applied prints may be a more suitable and cost effective option. The logo is converted into a vector file, and then cut out to the required size. The excess vinyl is then taken away and the transfer is ready to be applied. The garment is then placed in a heat transfer press, the transfer is put on top of the garment, and the press is closed. The heat and pressure applied by the press then forces the transfer onto the garment and when the press is opened and the paper is peeled off the shirt, the transfer remains behind. Once the design is originated, it can be used time after time.
