Shipping and Handling Charges for UK Mainland orders

Orders up to £30.00 in value - delivery charge £3.00

Orders £30.01 to £99.99 – delivery charge £5.00

Orders of £100.00 and over in value – FREE 

Carriage costs on overseas orders vary according to the weight and the volume of the parcel, charges start from £10.00 and we will email you with an exact price, once we receive your order. When you confirm that this price is acceptable we will dispatch your parcel.  If the cost is unacceptable, we will cancel your order for you.  

Delivery Schedule

We strive to keep all of the items featured on our website in stock. If all of the products in your shopping basket are marked as available, then you should receive your order within 1 to 3 days of submitting your order (working days being Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays). 

Please contact us directly by email or telephone, if your order is very urgent. We will endeavor to contact you at the earliest opportunity if a product is out of stock or unavailable.  Delivery of certain items due to their specialist nature may take longer. In these instances we will contact you and await your instructions.

If you have selected items with different availability times then we will despatch your order when all items are ready.

Although we try to get all our orders despatched on the day of order, this may not always be possible, for the following reasons: 
  • Teamwear orders often have to be specially ordered and can take longer
  • Products on Pre-Order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will despatched in the period specified on the website
  • Shirts with additional name, initials, numbering and badges added may take an extra few day or so to despatch
Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we will need to re-order from our suppliers. If this is the case then we will notify you of the expected delivery timescales.

Delivery must be to the address at which your debit/credit card is registered. We currently use either Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or FedEx courier service depending on the size of package.
