Overseas orders - we will email you with the charges once we receive your order, as this will vary depending on weight of parcel and destination. The minimum charge will be £10.00 and we will confirm the actual charge before we despatch the goods. If the carriage cost is unacceptable, then we will cancel your order and refund your card in full.
WE OFFER TWO DELIVERY OPTIONS:
Standard delivery (Free on orders over £100)
Goods despatched within 1-3 working days by either Courier or First Class Recorded mail and you will be notified by email of despatch details.
NOTE: Some school and club garments may be made-to-order, embroidered and printed to order and will take a few days longer - you will be notified when order is placed of the expected delivery.
Delivery may be to an alternative address and not to the address at which your debit/credit card is registered
Collect From Store/Batch Delivery to School or Club
You may place an order which you want to collect items in-store and avoid delivery charges, you will be advised by email when item(s) available
Some garments are ordered as special order or made-to-order, they may be despatched directly to school or club on a pre-agreed date (we would make any such arrangement in advance with the school or club) and you will be advised by email of despatch details
Batch delivery is ONLY available for certain schools/clubs - please state student's name and form in comments section when placing order See schedule - Click here
Delivery address: This may be to alternative address and not to the address at which your debit/credit card is registered, you will be prompted to enter address details when completing your order details.
Shipping method: We currently use either Royal Mail Recorded Delivery/Signed for or FedEx courier service depending on the size of package. You will be notified how your goods are despatched by email.
We try to get all our orders dispatched on the day of order or next working day, although this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:
- Delivery of some club and school items may take longer due to their specialist nature, e.g. requiring embroidery or printing OR they may be a made-to-order garment. In these instances we will advise you be email of expected delivery dates.
- Product maybe out of stock at the time of ordering and you will notified by email of any delay
If you have selected items with different availability times then we will despatch your order when all items are ready, unless you are advised otherwise by email.

RETURNS:
You may return any item within 14 days in its original condition for a refund of the price you paid for the item. To return an item, please include the merchandise in its original packaging with receipt and a note indicating reason for return. Please allow up to 7 working days for this to be processed.
Please ship the item to the following address: 37/39 The Parade, Bourne End, Bucks SL8 5SB. Please note, for your protection Hawkinsport recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received. If you require an exchange our returns department will be happy to process this for you.
Please note the following exceptions to this policy:
Any faulty item must be returned to us clean and dry. Failure to do so will result in the goods being returned to you.
Delivery charges are not refundable.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer-damaged items (statutory rights not affected).
