Shipping and Handling Charges for UK Mainland orders

Orders under £30.00 - delivery charge £3.00

Orders £30.01 to £99.99 – delivery charge £5.00

Orders of £100.00 and over in value – FREE

Carriage costs on overseas orders vary according to the weight and the volume of the parcel, charges start from £10.00 and we will email you with an exact price, once we receive your order. When you confirm that this price is acceptable we will dispatch your parcel.  If the cost is unacceptable, we will cancel your order for you.

Delivery of certain items due to their specialist nature may take longer, e.g. printed garments, etc. In these instances we will contact you and await your instructions. If you have selected items with different availability times then we will despatch your order when all items are ready.

Although we try to get all our orders despatched on the day of order, this may not always be possible, for the following reasons

Teamwear orders often have to be specially ordered and can take longer

Products on Pre-Order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will despatched in the period specified on the website. Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we will need to re-order from our suppliers. If this is the case then we will notify you of the expected delivery timescales.

Note: Delivery may be to alternative address and not to the address at which your debit/credit card is registered, you will be prompted to enter address details when completing the order details. We currently use either Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or FedEx courier service depending on the size of package.

Returns

You may return any item within 14 days in its original condition for a refund of the price you paid for the item. To return an item, please include the merchandise in its original packaging with receipt and a note indicating reason for return. Please allow up to 7 working days for this to be processed.

Please ship the item to the following address: 37/39 The Parade, Bourne End, Bucks SL8 5SB. Please note, for your protection Hawkinsport recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received. If you require an exchange our returns department will be happy to process this for you.

Please note the following exceptions to this policy:

1. Videos and items specially manufactured to your order can only be refunded or exchanged if the goods returned have been deemed to be faulty.

2. Items that have been customised e.g. shirt printing, initials and numbers cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product or material is faulty.

All return and re-shipping charges are the Customer·s liability.

Any faulty item must be returned to us clean and dry. Failure to do so will result in the goods being returned to you.

Delivery charges are not refundable.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer-damaged items (statutory rights not affected).
