DELIVERY CHARGES

We try to keep delivery charges to a minimum and cover our costs with either Royal Mail tracked or Fedex, depending on size and value.

Order value under £10.00 - delivery cost £3.00

Order value from £10 and under £45.00 - delivery cost £4.50

Order value £45.00 plus - delivery cost £5.50

Order value £150 plus - Free

SCHEDULED DELIVERIES TO SOME SCHOOLS (DURING TERM TIMES):

We have FREE regular deliveries scheduled to some schools and clubs - this facility is available ONLY if you are a student or are a member of the selected school/club and NOT if you live in the locality. Only school garments for the relevant school/club can be delivered.

DELIVERY TIMESCALES

Delivery of some club and school items may take longer due to their specialist nature, e.g. requiring embroidery or printing OR they may be a made-to-order garment. In these instances we will advise you by email of expected delivery dates.

Product maybe out of stock at the time of ordering and you will notified by email of any delay.

If you have selected items with different availability times then we will despatch your order when all items are ready, unless you are advised otherwise by email

We try to get all our orders dispatched within 2 working days, although this may not always be possible during our busy periods.

Shipping method: We currently use either Royal Mail Tracked or FedEx courier service depending on the size/value of package. You will be notified how your goods are despatched by email and will be able to track yourself.

Should you give us a valid mobile number then the delivery company will give you up to date information regarding your delivery, and you may select other delivery options by responding directly.

Delivery to "Safe Place" or Neighbour  

All requests for an alternate delivery place or location, must be made using the respective carrier’s online alternative delivery option.

Please note if your parcel is left at your request in a safe place or neighbour, you forfeit your right to make any claim with us or the courier in the event of loss or damage.

Attempted Delivery

For goods where delivery has been attempted and for whatever reason not succeeded, maybe not collected or incorrect address, then it is likely the package may be returned to us.

Should your order be returned to us, we may charge an additional delivery charge of £5.00 should the carrier not be at fault.  We will contact you should this happen to see how you would like to proceed.

How long do I have to collect my order?

You have 28 days on receipt of your ready to collect email or text to collect your order.  If you do not collect within 28 days then your order will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment card.  In the case of personalised or special orders then we are unable to arrange any refund and the order will remain in our customer collections.

What if I do not want my order anymore?

Product Availability

While we endeavour to keep our stock levels accurate on our website, there are occasions when items have been sold/removed and have not been removed from sale online. If an order is placed and we find the product to be unavailable, or undeliverable, you will be refunded for that item.
