These roles are on-hold until the business is allowed to fully re-open and we determine how the 'new world' will evolve. 


Permanent role – 5 days/week including Saturdays, so day off during the week

Serving customers, picking web orders, handling enquiries and giving advice on sports goods. This is a varied role with potential for right person to get involved in other aspects of business including – online updates & sales administration. Sporting interest an advantage, but not a necessity.

Immediate start.


This is a new role within the organisation and has come about with the growth of, which is key to Hawkinsport’s future business goals.

As customer service co-ordinator, your most important role is co-ordinating the team to ensure Hawkinsport is giving the best customer service possible.   The team is the primary point of contact for general enquiries and the management of online web orders.  This involves the efficient collation and despatching of orders, interacting directly with customers by telephone, email or as appropriate and assisting customers with their specific order requirements, always promoting positive communications.
