SALES ASSISTANT

Permanent role – 5 days/week including Saturdays, so day off during the week

Serving customers, picking web orders, handling enquiries and giving advice on sports goods. This is a varied role with potential for right person to get involved in other aspects of business including – online updates & sales administration. Sporting interest an advantage, but not a necessity.

CUSTOMER SERVICES ASSISTANT

The role has specific responsibility for online orders for school, hockey products and hockey club kit.  This will involve collating and interacting directly with customers by telephone or email and assisting with their specific order requirements. 

Handling general enquiries and assist picking and processing of web orders. Some general administration support of sales office and shop - answering and directing telephone enquiries

Ideally some previous customer service or sales administrative background experience, good communication and organisational skills with ability to work on own initiative

Both roles are immediate start.
