Need to return something?

During this current COVID-19 pandemic, we request that you return goods within a 10 day period.   Goods are more difficult to obtain currently and also require quarantining upon their return, so your assistance in ensuring prompt return is much appreciated.

How to return items:

  1. Goods must be returned with their original packaging and in perfect condition (unworn and undamaged) with all labels attached to address on paperwork.
  2. Complete the returns part of the delivery note and enclose with goods, detailing items being returned or that you would like exchanged.
  3. Refund payments for online orders will be made against the original purchase, through SagePay system within 14 days of receipt.
  4. Return shipping charges are the Customer's liability.  For your protection Hawkinsport recommend that you use a recorded or tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.

Product exclusions – your right to return items does not apply to products which fall into the following categories unless they are faulty:

  • Goods which have been customised e.g. shirt printing, initials, names & numbers
  • Socks and tights removed from packaging
  • Undergarments and mouthguards

This does not affect your statutory rights.
