STORE MANAGER based in Bourne End
PERMANENT ROLE - 5 days/week Monday to Saturday with day off in week
This is a full-time role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing the store, and ensuring excellent customer service and experience. They will also be responsible for maintaining inventory, merchandising, organizing promotional activities, and coordinating with suppliers and vendors.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in operations management and/or store management
- Excellent customer service and customer experience skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Experience in retail or sports industry
- Knowledge of sports equipment and clothing an advantage
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
SALES ASSISTANT based in Bourne End
PERMANENT ROLE - 5 days/week including Saturdays with day off in week
Serving customers, handling enquiries, picking web orders and giving advice on sports goods.
Previous retail experience would be advantageous and computer literate.
Varied role with potential for right person to get involved in other aspects of business including some sales administration.
Full-time, Permanent, 40 hours per week
