NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING?

If you are not completely satisfied, or have changed your mind about keeping your purchase, do not worry - simply return it to us as soon as possible within 30 days. Note: Schoolwear items we allow up to 120 days as we appreciate that items may have been purchased well in advance of new school year.

How to return items:

  1. Goods must be returned with their original packaging and in perfect condition (unworn and undamaged) with all labels attached.
  2. Print and complete the returns part of the delivery note - which will have been emailed to you - and enclose with goods, detailing items being returned for a refund or that you would like exchanged.
  3. Refund payments for online orders can only be made against the original payment method, within 14 days of receipt.
  4. Return shipping charges are the Customer's liability.  For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded or tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
  5. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss of value of any goods e.g. without label or appropriate packaging or where a courier you selected to return may have damaged.

Product exclusions – your right to return items does not apply to products which fall into the following categories unless they are faulty:

  • Goods which have been customised e.g. shirt printing, initials, names & numbers
  • Socks and tights removed from packaging
  • Undergarments and mouthguards

Our Returns Policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.


DELIVERY - DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS

We take every reasonable care to ensure that your order is delivered safely, on time, and in full.

In the unlikely event that your product is delivered damaged or is incorrect, we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.  Contact: Customer Services team on 01628 819242 or email: customerservices@hawkinsport.co.uk

We will then arrange for replacement and issue a free returns label for faulty/incorrect goods to be returned to us as appropriate.    

In the event of a refund then we will refund purchase cost, including initial postage price (if no other items ordered) to your original payment method. We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.

Please note – we reserve the right to deduct from your refund the basic cost to us for collecting an item that was claimed as ‘faulty’ but discovered not to be when received by us. This may be deducted from your refund value, or if returning yourself, postage may not be refunded.

We will require images/Video of items that are delivered damaged/short to facilitate any claim and to ensure your query is dealt with promptly.

FAULTY GOODS?
