Loyalty points are valid for 12 months. You can keep your points active by making sure you shop regularly at Hawkinsport.

Log in then tap the Earn points icon or go to Rewards > My Rewards to access the Customer Portal.
Tap the Redeem tab and select the reward you would like to redeem.
A unique discount code will be displayed. Copy this code and paste it at checkout to receive your discount.
Or in store, show your loyalty QR code or give your email address to the team member and they will locate your reward for you.

In order to activate the 10% discount the referred friend must click on the dedicated referral link and be a new customer without an existing account.

To activate the discount:
This can only be done in the customer portal which takes a moment or two to pop up after clicking on the referral link. Then simply click on Claim your gift and register your account.

To redeem the discount
Return to the customer portal which can be accessed by clicking on Rewards then My Rewards via the main menu or by clicking the Earn Points icon. The discount can be copied and pasted at checkout.

Your friend must use your unique referral link and be a new customer (they must not already have an account).

After clicking the link, the customer portal will appear (this may take a few seconds).
They should click 'Claim your gift' and create their account to activate the discount.
