Loyalty points are valid for 12 months. You can keep your points active by making sure you shop regularly at Hawkinsport.
Log in to your online account. Tap Loyalty Programme if you're on your mobile, or from a desktop click on 'My Rewards' at the bottom of the screen. Select the reward that you would like to redeem. A unique discount code will be displayed. Copy this code and paste it at checkout to receive your discount. Or in store, show your loyalty QR code or give your email address to the team member and they will locate your reward for you.
