Job Title: Web Content Administrator
Location: Bourne End
Working hours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week Mon-Fri
Salary: £25 - £30K depending on experience
Do you have a passion for maintaining fresh, accurate, and engaging online content? Are you organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy working as part of a team? If so, the role of Web Content Administrator could be perfect for you!
In this position, you will oversee the daily management of website content for the Hawkinsport B2C site and B2B portal, ensuring our website remains accurate, informative, user-friendly, and aligned with our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Creating listings for the website from start to finish using our inventory management system combined with Shopify.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, production, purchasing and POS to ensure content aligns with business strategy and user needs.
- Upload and manage various digital assets (images, videos, documents) to the website.
- Maintain website functionality by working with our agency to address technical issues and content display problems.
- Manage upload schedule, meeting deadlines efficiently.
Experience
Essential
- Minimum 1-2 year’s experience with Shopify.
- Competent with Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Desired
- Experience in content management or a related field.
- Experience with basic SEO principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- An ability to see problems and recommend solutions proactively.
