How do I apply for a B2B trade account with Hawkinsport?
To set up a B2B account, simply fill out our application form or contact our customer service team for assistance. Once your account is verified, you'll be able to access exclusive trade pricing.
What will happen to my loyalty points?
If you have loyalty points in your personal account before switching to B2B, simply get in touch with us, and we’ll make sure they stay linked to your standard account. Our loyalty programme isn’t available on the B2B portal, as you'll already be enjoying fantastic trade prices.
How do I update my customer details or email address?
To update your customer details, simply log into your account on our website. If you need to update your email address, please contact our customer service team, and they’ll assist you with the process.
Any top tips for finding products or placing orders?
Navigate to the products you want via the main navigation menu or, or use the search bar and filters. If you know the SKU code of the products you would like to purchase you can use these to search or add them directly to your cart. You can also upload a CSV file of the SKUs and quantities you want. I no longer need my B2B account, what do I do?
No problem, simply email orders@hawkinsport.co.uk call us on 01628 819242 and we can remove your access to our B2B portal.
