How to measure:

For the best result, measure your bare feet later in the day, as our feet tend to expand.

1. Use a pencil or ballpoint pen to trace both feet on a sheet of paper.

No pen and paper handy? Just stand on a ruler or measuring tape with your heel at the 0 point, and note the length to your longest toe.

2. Measure the distance from your heel to the tip of your longest toe. If your feet are different lengths, use the longer one to determine your shoe size.

if between sizes, round up or down to the closest size within 2mm.

3. For running shoes, it’s best to have about a thumb width of space between your longest toe and the tip of your shoe, so consider going a half size up from your measured size.
