Web Fulfilment & Despatch Administrator
FIXED TERM CONTRACT UNTIL NOVEMBER
Full-time role based in Bourne End
Monday to Friday, 9am until 5.30pm
Immediate start
PURPOSE
To support the efficient day-to-day running of the despatch team, picking online orders in our warehouse to ensure smooth operations and excellent service for our customers. These orders include hockey club kit and equipment, school uniform and sports kit, plus general sports goods & clothing orders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pick, process and prepare customer web orders accurately and efficiently, including applying names, numbers and initials to garments using our heat press equipment.
- Prepare and check customer despatch documentation to ensure orders are complete and ready for dispatch.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems, ensuring all production and despatch paperwork is kept up to date.
- Support the Customer Services team with administrative and operational tasks as required.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily despatch deadlines and maintain high levels of customer service.
- Follow all relevant health and safety procedures and company policies, including maintaining an, organised and efficient despatch environment.
- Maintain a professional approach, demonstrating reliable attendance, punctuality and a positive attitude.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Physical Fitness: Physically fit and active, with the ability to spend most of the day on your feet, picking, packing and moving stock.
- IT Literacy: Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in processing, checking and filing documents.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
